In 1997, she started her own coaching and consulting business specializing in helping professionals, leaders, and teams reach higher levels of personal performance and professional productivity…with a focus on work-life balance, professional development, and achieving priority goals.

An engaging speaker, team facilitator, trainer, seasoned coach, and fun ballroom dance instructor, Jeanne has a unique ability to connect with and inspire people at all levels. Her clients include Bank of Montreal, AT&T, Xerox, and numerous small businesses and associations.

Using the 35-year proven Best Year Yet® system as the foundation of her coaching, Jeanne is passionate about empowering, developing, and mentoring individuals to move beyond their limitations and soar above what they imagined possible to produce ongoing breakthrough results.

As a train-the-coach trainer for Best Year Yet® Worldwide, she loves to make a bigger difference in the coaching community by training and mentoring new coaches to be the best possible coaches they can be for their clients.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Jeanne now lives in Atlanta, Georgia. She’s a diehard Green Bay Packers fan, loves to ballroom dance, and is mom to the cutest little Shi Tzu on earth.
